B | 这也是 2026 骁龙峰会前，高通针对全新骁龙 8 系旗舰移动平台预热解读系列内容的第一篇，后续还会发布更多内容。根据博客内容，全新一代 Qualcomm Oryon CPU 最高主频达到 5GHz，成为首个迈过这道门槛的移动 CPU，同时引入了名为 FlexCache 的全新缓存架构。全新 Oryon CPU 被高通称为“全球最快的移动 CPU”，支撑这个说法的核心，一是突破性的 5GHz 主频，二是全新的缓存架构。高通在博客里明确写道，达到如此极致的最高主频，仅依靠制程工艺是难以实现的。

C | 全新 Oryon CPU 是一颗完全定制的 CPU，每一项微架构特性都由高通自主调校，每个核心还拥有自己的时钟域，可以独立进行频率扩展。值得一提的是，这套设计思路与主频达到 5GHz 的骁龙 X2 系列一脉相承，如今在移动平台上落地。

D | 时钟速度并不是实现卓越 CPU 性能的唯一因素。

E | 该频率与出色的 IPC 相结合，使性能优势在实际应用场景中得以充分体现。例如，App 在用户轻触的瞬间即可打开、网页体验更加流畅，而像游戏、内容创作等高负载任务也能紧跟用户操作和需求。对于智能体 AI 而言，CPU 承担着协调和调度每一次 AI 请求背后复杂计算任务的关键角色。另外，全新 Oryon CPU 在缓存上做了两层设计，一是缓存分层架构，每个核心均配备大容量的 L1 指令缓存，避免 CPU 周期浪费，L2 缓存集成在 CPU 内部，能以极低的时延访问更大的缓存池；二是这次的重点 Oryon FlexCache，它把 L2 缓存统一成所有核心都能直接访问的共享缓存池，并可动态调整缓存资源分配。

F | 高通官方表示，全行业正面临内存短缺，FlexCache 减少了核心访问系统内存的频率，即便内存受限也能维持性能表现。FlexCache 具体能力如下：智能体 AI：智能体并不是执行单一任务，而是管理一连串任务，不同任务步骤需要跨不同核心轮流执行。

G | 由于所有核心共享同一缓存空间，任务切换过程中相关数据依然保留在缓存中，无需重复加载，使智能体能够更高效地在不同核心间协同运行。游戏体验：优化对本地缓存的访问可提升性能并稳定帧率，从而减少掉帧和卡顿。多任务处理：应用之间的切换会将任务从一个核心转移到另一个核心。
